Synergy Is Born

Synergy is a world first in benchmarking software. Years of experience and research in both benchmarking practices and software design saw the QPS team begin the journey towards building a software platform that would not only revolutionise the way their already established business was run, but also saw the ability to easily offer the replication of this for other industries.

The project involved a collaboration between QPS Benchmarking and Internetrix which saw different software products combined and customised to produce Synergy, a system including:

• A "Build Your Own Graph" option for clients
• Automatic batch generation of client reports

These are the four main areas that Synergy covers, meaning that it is essentially a "business in a box". Synergy has everything you need to begin Benchmarking your industry.

Synergy is comprised of a core system that allows you to manage customers, communications and resources, as well as a suite of modules which allows you to extend and customise the CRM system to suit your business needs.
